"I was forced to by nuns." My two cents: I think a really great "monster" is one who has characteristics or experiences with that we can relate. The kind of thing where if life would have went one direction instead of another, there's a possibility that you yourself could have been moved to do monstrous things. Live, Laugh, Die Clean.
